Subscribe to Google, Apple, Outlook, and school calendars.
FamPlans reads calendars you already keep. In Family settings, paste the ICS/iCal link from Google, Apple, Outlook, a sports team, or your school.
Imported events appear read-only in a color you choose and refresh automatically. Use “Sync now” any time you want an immediate refresh.
The one thing you can edit on a synced event is its reminder — everything else lives in the source calendar.
