Weather, reminders, and email that aren’t showing up.
No weather? Set your family’s latitude and longitude in Family settings — weather stays off until a location is set.
Reminders not arriving on a phone? Make sure you turned them on in Account settings on that device, and that notifications are allowed in your browser or, on iPhone, in the installed app.
Not getting emails? Verification codes are shown in the app during setup; production email delivery depends on your email provider being configured.
